Shipping Times:
- We will send the items within 1-3 working days (on the weekdays - Monday to Friday) once your payment is completed.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time:
- It takes 1-7 business days to receive via standard shipping method and the free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Orders cannot be amended once it is placed. If the order is not shipped, we would cancel the order, if shipped, the clients have to wait for delivery or place a new order, return the wrong items and get a refund once they are returned to us. Clients have to pay for return postage.
- We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.

How do I check the status of my order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.(We will send an shipping confirmation email within 2 working days of the order generation.)
- If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@daybetter.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:
- We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
- In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@daybetter.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
