I like these lights because they're easy to install. They're simpler compared to other brands I've purchased before. These sets don't have chasing lights or adhesive tapes to hold the connectors, but you can make a small hole and secure them to the wall to keep them in place.

Update 1Ordered two and got one installed today. One blue led is out in the hole string. Also noticed a hum when they are ramped to 50% or more in a quiet room.Was able to link to Tuya app with ease then was able to add to Home Assistant to add to my automations with Home Assistant. I will be installing these over weekend and will update if any issues.

Just got this and put up yesterday .. they are not bad but wish they gave a more stronger sticky .. very easy to put up though. Turn out very cute . I would say I used some crazy glue as reinforcements and hoping they hold out with heat on during cooking

The back od the tape on lights is very adhesive. And it matters not if your wall is textured or smooth. The lights can be left on all night they are energy efficient and bright.

The led lights them selves are nice but did have some trouble with them not wanting to stick. I contacted them and within 2 days they have contacted me back and resolved the issue so 5 stars on the product but most importantly the customer service.

The remote kind of sucks. You have to push hard. I use the phone option which is nice because you can schedule it to come on low at a specific time then brighten at another time setting for a gentle wake up.The flashing settings are red only. That kind of sucks.

These did not work initially. I had to reconnect these a few times to get the lights to turn on. Now that they work, I have had no issues. Very long length and multiple colors. There are a few places where the lights show different shades. The controller is easy to use. Very bright and many settings.

These LED light strips are great! They have a neat thing that I never knew you could do which is the ability to be cut to the length you need. Comes with corner pieces and other extras to make the installation super easy. Remote control and app control work great as well. Very LONG strip of lights for the money and with that ability to cut to your needed length, these can't be beat!

These lights were purchased on prime day and were a great value for the price. Tons of colors to choose from, I like how you can change the brightness which makes them great night lights for kids and adults. I have a small bedroom yet they almost made it all the way around the ceiling. The presets are customizable in many different ways. There are built in presets in the app, the range on the app in incredible. They stick to drywall pretty well but sag in some spots but I just press on them hard and they stay put. Great quality. Used one roll for the perimeter of the ceiling and have yet to install the second roll. Remote does need to be pointed directly at the receiver to work but you can use the app anywhere within Wi-Fi.

Does what it says it'll do and the adhesive on it did make hanging up the lights easy. I was impressed the manual did mention about the 5ghz issue, and the workaround. Also it had enough length to streach arround the dorm using only one of the two strings it comes with.If your phone normally uses the 5ghz wireless it will fail to connect the string. Unless you put the phone on the 2.4ghz version before you try. So i set our router to use different names for the two versions. Then connected my phone to the 2.4ghz version and it connected the lights with out a problem then switched my phone back to the 5ghz version and everything still worked.

Bought these thinking I could put them under cotton and have them do the lightning affect. Either I cannot figure out how to do it or it doesn't work. Can't seem to get them to do any patterns. As in not all be the same color at the same time or do the wave where they turn on one by one and then off one by one

Just received these today and finished hanging them up. They're bright, vibrant, and work well for the cost. Definitely a good purchase if you're looking for a little upgrade, but don't want to spend $100+. Only reason I didn't give it the full 5 stars is because the quality of them does seem to be a little fragile and flimsy when hanging up so I felt like I had to be super careful and gentle with them. I had to take down the first roll I put up because the pins that go into the connector either got damaged when I was plugging it in (again just seem super delicate), or just came defective. But, once I got the second roll up, they work perfect and look great!

When I bought these lights the descriptions and details did not specify that the lights needed to be attached to a device or switch to work. I bought these because the description said they could be cut. So, I cut the first strip that I needed then I was left with a large roll of lights that now don't work. I didn't know how the lights worked and the instructions in the box did not make it clear that once you cut the lights, the remaining lights are essentially useless (maybe you can splice it together with another switch if you know how to do all of that, but I don't so this was a wasted purchase!).**UPDATE** the seller offered me a full refund and assistance on how to use the strip of lights cut. You do have to buy four pin connectors and the adapter box/cords for cutting to work. They were truly great to work with. They still work, but make sure you cut on the three gold lines!

Love the lights however when you put timers on the app, they never go on on the set time that you program. It's very frustrating. I have them set to go on at 8:30 every night and off at 11:00 PM and they stay on constantly or they don't even turn on at 8:30 very horrible app.

These light strips are good for anyone on a budget. They get bright and they stick well. The remote might as well not be included, it's range is so bad and you have to literally point it directly at the receiver. The Tuya smart app is a much better option especially if you have an Alexa or Google assistant. And just as a side note, all these cheap one off brands all use the EXACT same lights. Like it doesn't matter what Chinese company you order from, you'll get the same everything, so look for the best price.

I loved these lights, got them for my room in 2022 and are very good. Yet the app is kind of wonky. The lights will turn different colors or turn off abruptly sometimes. That will also stop the app from working. Other than that really good.
