Hi, possible reasons :
(1)Check the device is powered on. If it's WiFi device, reset it first before connecting.
(2)Check the app is newest version. Old version app can not find device of new model.
(3)Make sure the device and phone within 6 ft distance.
(4)On 'add device' page, wait at most 10 seconds before device show up.
(5)Make sure phone's Bluetooth is on and allow permissions required. You can disable location service of app after connected device successfully.
(6)Power off device, kill app, then open app and power on device and try connect again.
(7)Disable and enable phone's Bluetooth, then try connecting again.
(8)Your phone may be incompatible with the app, try another phone.
(9)Do NOT add the device on phone 'settings-Bluetooth' page. Then DayBetter app can not find the device any more. Please remove it from 'settings-Bluetooth' list, and turn off and turn on Bluetooth again. Just add the device on DayBetter app directly.
